About The Position

We are seeking a motivated, dependable professional to support both inside and outside sales while assisting with day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, building relationships, and contributing directly to company growth. You’ll work closely with ownership and the sales team to support customers, generate new business, manage accounts, and help keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements

  • Sales experience (inside, outside, or both preferred)
  • Strong communication skills—written and verbal
  • Comfortable speaking with customers, vendors, and internal teams
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, CRM or order systems)

  • Industry experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Proactively reach out to existing customers to maintain relationships and grow accounts
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities (cold calls, follow-ups, site visits when needed)
  • Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up to close sales
  • Support outside sales efforts, including customer visits and account development
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM or internal systems
  • Assist with order processing, inventory coordination, and logistics
  • Help ensure timely fulfillment and resolve customer issues as they arise
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal team members
  • Support pricing updates, product setup, and general administrative tasks
  • Help improve workflows, organization, and internal processes
