About The Position

We are looking for am Inside Account Support & Order Specialist. Location: Comfort, TX Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM (Full Shift Required) OW Lee is a high-end patio furniture manufacturer serving a nationwide network of authorized dealers. We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Inside Account Support & Order Specialist to join our team. This is an onsite position within our manufacturing office environment. The ideal candidate is organized, articulate, dependable, and comfortable communicating in a polished business-to-business setting. Our customers are authorized dealers and sales representatives. This role requires clear, professional written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail, and confidence working with numbers. Position Overview The primary function of this role is accurate and timely order entry within a made-to-order manufacturing environment. As an Inside Account Support & Order Specialist, you will process incoming purchase orders received through multiple dealer PO systems as well as our internal ordering platform. Orders must be carefully reviewed, entered, and audited for accuracy in pricing, quantities, product configurations, finishes, freight terms, and special instructions. Because our products are made to order, attention to detail is critical. Errors in order entry can directly impact production, lead times, and customer satisfaction. This role requires a high level of focus, consistency, and ownership of each order from initial entry through acknowledgment and completion. In addition to order processing, you will prepare freight quotes requests submitted by dealers or sales representatives. You will also follow up on incomplete orders, respond to order status inquiries, and communicate professionally with dealers and occasional consumers via phone and email. This role also includes maintaining organized filing systems for in-house orders, completed orders, and invoices, as well as answering incoming calls when coverage is needed. This is a structured, office-based position where accuracy, organization, professionalism, and reliability are essential.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of administrative, office, or account support experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with proper grammar and professional tone
  • Comfortable performing calculations and working with numbers
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Consistent attendance and ability to work full scheduled shift onsite

Responsibilities
