The Order Support Specialist will process orders received from the Sales Department. Job duties include entering customer orders, processing customer mailing lists, performing the proper quality checks, and data entry of customer responses. The incumbent will be responsible for reviewing work that needs to be processed each day and completing work to meet customer deadlines and internal metrics.
