About The Position

The Inside Sales Account Specialist will support the Core Products sales team through a blend of administrative coordination and inside sales account management responsibilities. This individual will serve as a key internal point of contact to help ensure accounts are supported, orders flow smoothly, and customers receive exceptional service. This is a stable, growth-oriented support role that will grant exposure to account management and sales operations with an opportunity to grow into a larger sales or account management role over time.

Requirements

  • Education / Work Experience: 1-3+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, sales support, or administration.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Comfort in communicating with customers via phone and email.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and CRM/ERP systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in B2B, manufacturing, distribution, or industrial sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Providing responsive, accurate account management and inside sales support for assigned customer accounts.
  • Executing sales and administrative operations related to orders, accounts, and customer data.
  • Supporting sales team efficiency and continuous improvement through effective communication, follow-up, and process support.
