Responsibilities

  • Lead generation and qualification: Make outbound calls/emails, research leads, and qualify prospects to identify sales opportunities.
  • Customer engagement: Respond to inbound inquiries, build rapport, and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Sales activities: Explain product/service features, conduct product demonstrations, negotiate pricing, and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
  • CRM and administration: Accurately log all customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks in a CRM system.
  • Work with sales managers, marketing teams, and other departments to improve lead quality and sales strategies.
  • Market knowledge: Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
  • Answer potential customers' questions and provide additional information via email.
  • Keep track of product and service information.
  • Maintain a database of current and potential customers.
  • Manage a sales pipeline and close deals to meet quotas.
  • Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and present key benefits.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals.
  • Prepare and send proposals, quotes, and contracts.
  • Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
