This is an hourly position - Entry level TechSmith offices are open Monday thru Friday from 8am to 5pm (EST/EDT). The TechSmith Inside Account Specialist manages day-to-day customer and reseller inquiries and ensures seamless customer pre- and post-sales support. As a team we work directly with customers and channel partners to help them understand the amazing things our software can do. Using a consultative sales approach, we gather information on specific issues customers face and offer a solution of products to match their needs. We connect through video meetings, phone calls, email and our support/contact systems. To fully delight our customers, you need to have excellent communications skills and the ability to multi-task. We need a team player with a positive attitude and the desire to continually learn and evolve. Your main account base will include international accounts, though there may be North American accounts as well.
