We are currently looking for an outstanding Business to Business (B2B) Inside Account Manager to join our team! The focus of this position is growing sales in each account to become the single source provider for all our customers. This is an exciting opportunity for an inside sales professional that enjoys achieving success, overcoming challenges, building relationships, and exceeding sales goals. Specifically, You Will: Your main responsibility is meeting all sales targets by uncovering and winning new sales opportunities within your account portfolio. You will sell our “one-stop solution” to customers over the phone enabling them to purchase all lines of business with our company. You will work closely with your current customers, lines of business partners, business development teams and sales managers to increase sales and retain accounts through a proactive selling strategy. Consistently achieve revenue and gross margin targets in all lines of business, through a proactive selling strategy. Win new lines of business by working with internal partners to identify all sales growth opportunities. Implement all Staples sales strategies to ensure company meets objectives through penetration of further sales on newly won accounts. Develop a high-value add relationships with multiple key contacts for each account. Achieve set Key Performance Indicators and sales objectives.
