ALTOUR is modernizing how we manage our long tail of customers—shifting from manual, resource-heavy service models to a tech-enabled, high-efficiency inside account model. Inside Account Managers (IAMs) are critical to that evolution, delivering consistent, high-quality service and commercial oversight through process, automation, and team-based delivery. Inside Account Managers operate as part of a collaborative pool—supporting a shared portfolio of strategically important, lower-touch clients. Using structured workflows, systems, and automated triggers, the team monitors account health, surfaces opportunities, and steps in where human intervention adds value. This role suits professionals who thrive in structured, performance-focused environments— whether you're building your career in account management or bringing deep experience and seeking a role that balances commercial impact with operational discipline.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in account management, client support, or operational delivery roles
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with a client-service mindset
  • Comfort using CRM systems, reporting tools, and structured engagement cadences
  • Process-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts and follow detailed workflows
  • Eager to learn, contribute, and grow in a commercial team environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in corporate travel, SaaS, or B2B services is helpful, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a centralized team to support a shared portfolio of Inside-tier accounts, guided by service workflows and system triggers
  • Monitor account performance, client engagement, and SLA delivery using dashboards, alerts, and automation tools
  • Engage clients through structured check-ins, email campaigns, and self-serve tools, escalating to high-touch support as needed
  • Track renewals, contract compliance, and service performance across the pool of assigned accounts
  • Identify growth-ready accounts for elevation to higher tiers or human-led expansion planning
  • Support upsell and cross-sell activity by flagging needs and collaborating with Sales or Strategic Account Managers
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts—enhancing tools, playbooks, and knowledge sharing within the IAM team
  • Escalate client concerns or service anomalies to team lead for resolution and tracking
