Ensures accurate billing, revenue charge capture, scheduling and ordering of specialty products. This role is critical in the operations of the OR at Camden.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Required; Master's Degree preferred
- Communication – Ability to communicate with patients, visitors and coworkers
- Computer and Financial management
- Demonstrates competence in management and leadership skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee operating and capital budgets
- OR Schedule
- OR billing and charge capture. Revenue reconciliation
- Cost Savings
- Maintenance of block schedule
- Coordinating specialty items
- Management of sales representatives
- Value Analysis
- Collaborate with supply chain, revenue integrity, clinical engineering and other ancillary departments to support the surgical cases
