Your Mission: In this role, you will be a part of the Innovation team supporting situation analysis for innovation opportunities, research alternatives and competition, recommend paths forward, and engage in team meetings, lab activities, and restaurant assessments. The intern will work closely with a mentor, team and/or management to provide support with various department tasks and project. Little Caesars is looking for a strong, self-motivated individual to work with your fellow colleagues. How You’ll Make an Impact: You’ll be a part of our 13 week summer internship program and gain valuable experience in understanding our human resources processes, procedures, and strategies. You’ll collaborate and learn from industry professionals on a variety of HR initiatives, ending your internship with a presentation to senior leadership on your internship experience including key projects, initiatives, and findings.
