  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex machine performance issues and lead technical benchmarking efforts.
  • Strong collaboration skills; ability to work effectively across functions and with OEM partners.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% to support plant assessments and supplier evaluations.

Responsibilities

  • Equipment Performance & Strategy Lead the evaluation of RPSNAB’s installed injection asset base to identify obsolescence risks, upgrade opportunities, and productivity retrofits.
  • Benchmark alternate machinery and auxiliary equipment suppliers, identifying technology options that improve performance, reliability, or lifecycle cost.
  • Partner with global and regional engineering teams to define standards for injection machinery configuration, safety, and performance metrics.
  • Continuous Improvement & Technical Support Support the Injection Process Improvement Team in implementing best practices, performance troubleshooting, and data-driven optimization at plant sites.
  • Collaborate with plant engineering and maintenance teams to resolve chronic equipment issues, define root causes, and recommend corrective actions.

  • Lifecycle & Asset Management Maintain and update the injection asset database, including lifecycle stage, obsolescence risk, and key performance metrics.
  • Recommend timing and strategy for equipment refreshes and retrofits to ensure manufacturing continuity and efficiency.
  • Support the refurbishment program from the machine systems perspective (controls, hydraulics, auxiliary systems).
  • Knowledge Sharing & Standards Support the development and communication of standard operating parameters and equipment specifications across plants.
  • Participate in the transfer of best practices and lessons learned through network workshops and technical documentation.
  • Provide training support to site technical teams on new injection platforms and system modifications.
