About The Position

POLYWOOD® is looking for a full-time Injection Molder to support daily production on our manufacturing team. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy, and understands the importance of keeping production running smoothly. From measuring and mixing materials to keeping machines supplied and entering part information into Sabertooth, this position plays an important role in helping our team deliver quality results every shift. Requirements

  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is helpful.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with accuracy.
  • Comfort with measuring, mixing, weighing, and recording information correctly.
  • Basic computer and data entry skills.
  • Dependability and the ability to maintain a consistent work schedule.
  • A team-focused attitude and willingness to support production needs.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Measure and mix materials according to production needs and work instructions.
  • Keep molding machines supplied with the materials needed to maintain steady production.
  • Weigh parts accurately and enter production information into Sabertooth.
  • Monitor material levels and help ensure machines remain stocked and running efficiently.
  • Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures throughout the shift.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and production-ready work area.
  • Work closely with team members and supervisors to support daily production goals.
