About The Position

Initiative Operations Leader is responsible for leading resources and activities to support operational readiness and successful implementation of Initiatives. Develops and manages project documentation including the use of proper templates and version control. Leads cross functional teams using influential leadership to drive collaboration and results. Oversees various project components, sets schedules and monitors status of key deliverables. Leads and facilitates project meetings. Responsible for distributing project status updates and escalating/communicating delays and progress. Coordinates and manages follow-up items. Ability to prioritize and organize multiple project components and client deliverables. Prepares and edits meeting minutes, presentation and other artifacts. Builds strong working relationships with Operations leaders and project members. Facilitates change management process. Consults with senior peers to learn through experience and mentoring. Proven ability to work independently to drive project deliverables on multiple projects.

  • Bachelor s degree and 1-2 years professional experience OR 5-7 years comparable professional experience
