About The Position

Our healthcare partner in Burbank, CA is seeking an Infusion Coordinator to support their clinical operations team. This role plays a key part in ensuring patients receive timely, well‑organized infusion therapy services. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, experience working directly with patients, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced clinical environment.

Requirements

• Administrative or office support experience
• Experience working directly with patients
• Strong customer service skills

Nice To Haves

• Medical Assistant (MA) experience (highly preferred)
• 3–5 years of experience in a medical office setting
• MA Certification, or experience in medical office/patient care coordination
• Strong written communication and ability to follow written instructions
• General computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the scheduling and administration process for infusion appointments
• Serve as a liaison between patients, nurses, providers, and the care team
• Ensure all documentation, authorizations, and resources are in place for each session
• Provide excellent service to patients in person and over the phone
• Support overall clinic workflow to maintain smooth, efficient operations
