About The Position

As an Infrastructure Support Analyst, you’ll provide advanced technical expertise while helping maintain and improve Park’s technology environment. Key responsibilities include: Technical Support & Escalation: Troubleshoot and resolve advanced computer, telephony, printer, and endpoint hardware/software issues while serving as a senior escalation point to maximize uptime. System Configuration & Deployment: Plan, configure, and install computers, telephony systems, printers, and related hardware/software in accordance with established standards. Standards & Security: Apply and enforce standards for end-user devices, operating environments, and security configurations across the organization. Infrastructure Improvements: Participate in technical assessments and assist with approved infrastructure changes, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives. Systems & Network Support: Provide secondary system and network administration support as assigned. Technology Evaluation: Assist in evaluating new and existing technologies, including testing, implementation, and end-user training. Documentation & Tracking: Document technical solutions and configuration processes and track time spent on requests, incidents, and projects. Training & Projects: Provide technical training to end users and lead medium-to-large projects as a technical representative. As an Infrastructure Support Analyst at Park Industries, you’ll primarily work standard business hours Monday to Friday, with a hybrid work arrangement that combines remote work flexibility and onsite collaboration at our St. Cloud, MN office.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in a related field or equivalent work experience (required)
  • Experience supporting Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra hybrid environments
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, endpoint configurations, and enterprise software deployment
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • Knowledge of hardware components, imaging, baseline configuration, and driver/firmware management
  • Understanding of network infrastructure concepts and endpoint security practices

Nice To Haves

  • Five years of related experience and/or training (preferred)
