We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee infrastructure and network projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex technical projects, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of project management methodologies. Familiarity with the Texas DIR account, as well as MSI tools and processes, is highly desirable.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, specifically with infrastructure and network projects.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information to a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the Texas DIR (Department of Information Resources) account and related procedures.
• Familiarity with MSI (Managed Services Integration) tools and processes, demonstrating a strong understanding of the operational and technical requirements.
• Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products.
• Able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Nice To Haves

• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP)

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize infrastructure and network projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Coordinate the efforts of team members to deliver projects according to plan.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Track project milestones and deliverables.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
