We are seeking a highly organized, execution-driven Infrastructure Operations Manager to support enterprise initiatives with the Real Estate and Workplace Team under the Corporate Operations organization. This role serves as a central program integrator across Real Estate & Workplace with support to the Corporate Operations organization and cross-functional partners. The Infrastructure Operations Manager will drive structure, visibility, and accountability across complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives. Success in this role requires disciplined project governance, strong cross-functional coordination, and the ability to keep teams aligned and focused on achieving defined deliverables, timelines, budgets, and measurable outcomes. This individual will ensure documentation, coordination, and milestone execution remain on track across multiple projects, workstreams, and key stakeholder partnerships. This role is required to be onsite 4-5 days a week during business hours with some domestic and international travel as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience in corporate, real estate, facilities, enterprise PMO, or similar environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong familiarity with commercial contracts, lease documentation, or vendor agreements.
  • Experience coordinating third-party vendors and global service providers.
  • Financial literacy including budget tracking and procurement workflows.
  • Advanced proficiency in project management tools, documentation systems, and reporting dashboards.
  • Strong executive communication skills and comfort working with senior leadership.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience implementing process automation, AI-enabled efficiency improvements, and space planning using AutoCAD/Bluebeam, etc., preferred.
  • Experience in scaling high tech, EV, and R&D Lab environments/industries preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage global real estate portfolio including leases, timelines, and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate office/lab space planning, site launches, and workplace initiatives
  • Oversee vendor selection, onboarding, and budget tracking
  • Lead end-to-end projects across real estate, operations, compliance, and strategic initiatives
  • Build and manage project plans, timelines, and executive-level updates
  • Identify risks, remove blockers, and ensure on-time delivery
  • Act as a central liaison across leadership, internal teams, and external partners
  • Drive alignment, communication, and accountability across stakeholders
  • Implement scalable processes, tools, and reporting frameworks
  • Track KPIs, improve workflows, and identify efficiency opportunities (including automation/AI)
