Requirements

• Requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field and 2 years of IT experience (or a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field and 5 years of IT experience).
• Must have experience with: infrastructure support and administration of Informatica; ETL administration; and ensuring infrastructure and application stability through preventative maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementing long-term solutions.
• If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary application support for Informatica PowerCenter, Collibra Data Governance Center, and Cloudera Navigator applications at Cigna.
• Manage the troubleshooting and resolution of infrastructure compatibility issues based on system architecture, project requirements, and customer expectations.
• Serve as an expert in specific aspects of infrastructure design.
• Coordinate with users to determine requirements.
• Partner with IT leadership on engineering related issues and strategies.
