About The Position

We are looking for a hands-on Infrastructure Architect, Enterprise Cloud and Platform (North America) who will own the technical vision and roadmap for our Hosting, Cloud, and End-User Computing platforms. You will drive scalable, secure, and innovative solutions aligned with business goals, collaborating closely with Enterprise Architects, business stakeholders, and technology partners.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cloud (AWS, Azure, OCI), hosting, and end-user computing (win 10, 11, iOS, MacOS, Linux, M365, MDMs) architecture
• Strong ability to align technology strategy with business objectives
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and cloud-native technologies
• Relevant certifications and a track record of delivering complex IT transformations
• Experience with Devops practices
• Minimum education Bachelor's degree in IT or CS

• Enterprise Architecture (Togaf, etc.)
• ITIL version 4 methodologies
• Cloud certificates – GCP, AWS, Azure, OCI
• Microsoft Endpoint Administrator
• Microsoft 365 Enterprise Architecture
• Hosting & datacenter related, ie. Nutanix, Hyper-V

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture strategy, solution design, and cloud transformation initiatives
• Own and evolve technical roadmaps, reference architectures, and blueprints
• Collaborate with teams to translate business needs into modern solutions
• Drive innovation via prototyping and emerging tech evaluation
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure delivery excellence
• Oversee risk, compliance, and continuous improvement activities
• Support service delivery and contribute to budgeting and planning
