Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
8+ years experience with VMware, SAN, Windows, and Citrix.
May require travel to branch and international locations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage in a matrix and global organization.

Responsibilities

Architect, design and deliver highly available, reliable and cost-effective hosting solutions.
Obtain requirements from end users, department heads or other IT discipline teams.
Provide guidance, leadership and technical expertise for all IT Hosting Services initiatives.
Architect, solution and perform POC (Proof of Concept) testing and documentation.
Work with other teams to create an architectural model before moving forward with POC.
Document, implement and review IT Hosting Services policies, procedures and solutions.
Initiate, facilitate and promote activities to foster IT Hosting Services architecture discoveries.
Initiate, facilitate and promote activities to foster effective Risk Management awareness, including disaster avoidance, change and problem management.
