Requirements

Experience: Ten (10) or more years designing and implementing telecom with the federal government
Certifications: Industry Recognized ISP/OSP Certification, Certified CWNP Wireless Technician Installer and an active IAT Level II certification
Clearance: Must possess a Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

Demonstrate knowledge in maintaining the operational status of infrastructure
Proven knowledge of registered communications equipment such as Switches, Encryption devices, Network Operation Consoles, Cabling and Circuits.
Demonstrated successful working knowledge and supervision of tech control employees in efforts similar in size and scope.
Oral and written communication experience with the highest levels of management.
Can provide technical directions and supervision, in coordinating, restoring, and reporting functions necessary for effective maintenance of transmission paths and facilities.
Knowledge of industry accepted standards and best practices related to Information Management Operations and with IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices.
Knowledge in handling and managing incidents and service requests for activities such as changes, problems, configurations, and requisitions for equipment and services.
The candidate will actively contribute to business and proposal development efforts.
Works across multiple company programs in the infrastructure arenas. Required to support the company across BA’s & BUs on various customer initiatives in both DoD and Civilian programs.
