About The Position

Technical Responsibilities (≈60%) Design, implement, and maintain SSO solutions using SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect. Configure, test, and troubleshoot SAML-based integrations (SP/IdP flows) with enterprise applications. Collaborate with IAM teams to ensure secure, seamless authentication and authorization. Document system specifications, integration workflows, and technical configurations. Perform system analysis to identify gaps, propose solutions, and optimize integrations. Participate in on-call rotation for authentication/SSO incidents; triage and resolve issues. Business Analysis Responsibilities (≈40%) Gather and document business requirements for new features and enhancements. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications. Facilitate stakeholder workshops, clarify requirements, and provide status updates. Create use cases, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Support UAT planning and execution, ensuring deliverables meet business expectations. Communicate effectively with both technical teams and business users.
