FWI is assembling a team to manage, maintain, secure, and accredit the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC) Academic Network. This network provides the essential IT environment for all teaching and instruction at DLIFLC, serving students, staff, faculty, and guests. The ITS Lead will act as the primary technical escalation point for end-user support, bridging helpdesk operations, desktop services, and enterprise IT systems to ensure efficient problem resolution. This role involves developing solutions for complex network, desktop, and server issues, analyzing existing systems for proactive improvements, and delivering responsive, expert-level technical support to maintain a smooth learning environment for the military language training community.
