About The Position

The Information Systems Division works in collaboration with programs and county agencies, to provide solutions to systems that assist families access essentials such as, but not limited to, medical services, care providers, groceries, and transportation. Under the direction of the Information Technology Supervisor II (IT Sup II) of the Network Deployment Services Section (NDSS), the Information Technology Specialist I (IT Spec I) is responsible for providing complex and advanced technical support to users in the California Department of Social Services (CDSS). The IT Spec I works directly with departmental users and other IT support staff to provide advice, consultation, and to resolve IT related problems. Requirements

  • Statement of Qualifications or Supplemental Questionnaire must be submitted along with your application in order to be considered for this position.
