Information Technology Manager
About The Position
We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team who will direct all aspects of Information Technology operations at our Johnstown, PA facility. Martin-Baker America is a premier provider of advanced ejection and crashworthy seating systems across the United States and Canada. Our expertise encompasses crashworthy helicopter seat manufacturing, full lifecycle ejection seat maintenance, and critical component supply to sustain operational readiness. We are proud to support aircrew safety and survivability. This position requires a leader who can balance vision with execution, ensuring that the IT department operates seamlessly while meeting the evolving needs of a complex government contractor in a manufacturing environment. This is a pivotal leadership role, reporting directly to the VP/GM. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership and hands-on management of the IT team. They will possess a serve-first mindset and focus on empowering and uplifting those who work for them while managing ongoing IT projects, budgeting and allocating resources effectively. They will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, efficiency, and security of our IT environment while aligning technology initiatives with organizational strategies and long-term goals. They will demonstrate technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects in a high-performance environment
Requirements
- Candidates should bring a minimum of six years of experience leading diverse IT team, preferably within a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
- A bachelor's degree in IT, Management Information Systems, Information Security, or a related field is required.
- A working knowledge of IT compliance for DoD Contractors such as NIST 800.171, CMMC requirements, and US Government regulations for Federal Contractors
- Position requires a high degree of coordination with multiple departments and attention to detail.
