The Information Systems Division is recruiting for an Information Technology (IT) Manager I to lead a dynamic team in the End User Support Team. The incumbent's team provides extraordinary customer service to our clients by providing Tier 1 through Tier 2 support services to DMV team members with a focus on endpoint devices, peripherals, and application support. The incumbent should have experience in contract, project, budget, and configuration management. In addition to technical skills, the incumbent is responsible for the day-to-day activities and administration of the team and is expected to assist executives and other team leaders in the understanding of what services are available and future projects and endeavors; responsible for vendor and/or contract management and participates in procurement oversight; knowledge of IT hardware and software assets and their lifecycles; and ability to make recommendations and implement changes effectively and efficiently.
