The Tennessee Titans are seeking an Information Technology Fellow - Systems Support to assist with the day-to-day operations of supporting the Information Technology team. The Fellow must also be capable of working across different departments and cultivating relationships within and outside of the organization. In addition to the job responsibilities described below, the Fellow will take part in various professional development opportunities throughout the term of the Fellowship Program to develop skills critical to future career growth. This is a temporary, full-time position that will begin on June 10, 2026, and conclude on May 21, 2027.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university required. Focus in Computer Science or related technology field preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook required
Strong communication skills, with proficiency in speaking and writing
Exceptional interpersonal skills, maintaining a professional demeanor when interacting with team members, customers and/or vendors
Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, especially in a fast-paced environment
Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed
