About The Position

Information Technology and Web-Based Systems Lead The Opportunity: As an Information Technology and Web-Based Systems Lead, you’ll oversee the design, operation, and continuous improvement of web-based systems and digital platforms. These will support supplier bidding, contract administration, education, outreach, and program oversight. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with managerial oversight of eCommerce and web-based platforms, including supplier portals, pricing submission tools, knowledge-based systems, and client-facing applications
• Experience leading with development, maintenance, and enhancement of knowledge-based systems used to support supplier education, program guidance, frequently asked questions, and operational decision-making
• Experience developing, maintaining, and managing knowledge-based systems or complex digital platforms
• Experience ensuring system functionality aligns with user and program requirements
• Experience with policy, legal, and compliance teams to translate client guidance into system requirements, business rules, and user workflows
• Knowledge of Medicare statutes, regulations, and sub-regulatory guidance, supplier enrollment, contract awards, and payment methodologies
• Ability to support audit readiness, documentation, and compliance reporting for client oversight activities
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
• Bachelor’s degree
