About The Position

Loch Harbour Group is seeking an Information Technologist I - Information Management Information Technologist I to join our team in Fort Sill, Oklahoma. The Information Technologist I – Information Management Officer provides technical support and administration for desktop systems, network connectivity, and user account management within a Microsoft-based enterprise environment. This role supports users across the organization by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues while maintaining system security and operational readiness.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related technical field OR Three (3) years of relevant experience in desktop support or network administration.
  • Minimum of two (2) years providing client support in a Microsoft Windows environment.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 enterprise applications.
  • Experience troubleshooting desktop hardware/software issues.
  • Must obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
  • Maintain Computing Environment (CE) certifications for supported operating systems and security tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Provide client support within a Microsoft Windows-based environment (Windows 11 and Microsoft 365).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
  • Support Microsoft Intune-managed systems and Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, OneNote, Access, and Viva Engage.
  • Perform PC imaging, printer configuration, and remote troubleshooting.
  • Manage and support user accounts, passwords, and group permissions.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining system security measures.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to LAN/WAN/Internet connectivity.
  • Provide technical support to end users and communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical staff.
  • Maintain compliance with security and system administration standards.
