About The Position

C3EL is seeking a cleared professional to support our mission at Fort Sill in Oklahoma. The Information Technologist I (Information Management Officer) provides enterprise-level IT support services to the United States Army Fires Center of Excellence (FCoE). This position supports SIPRNet, NIPRNet, LAN/WAN, WLAN, classroom automation systems, and enterprise IT infrastructure across a large-scale DoD environment. The role requires hands-on technical expertise, strong troubleshooting ability, and experience operating in a structured, security-controlled environment.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • An active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of client support in a Microsoft Windows-based environment.
  • Experience supporting Windows 10/11 operating systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and enterprise productivity tools.
  • Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking fundamentals.
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a structured IT environment.
  • Ability to operate in compliance-driven DoD environments
  • IAT Level II compliant (e.g., Security+ CE or equivalent) if required for elevated privileges.
  • Must meet required Computing Environment (CE) certification requirements.
  • Must maintain continuing education requirements as applicable.
  • Associate’s degree in information systems/computer science or technically related degree; OR three (3) years of technically related field experience in desktop support or network administration.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting Army or DoD enterprise networks.
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune or endpoint management platforms.
  • Experience supporting large-scale user populations (5,000+ endpoints).
  • Familiarity with enterprise IT service management processes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier II/III support for desktops, laptops, tablets, servers, printers, scanners, multifunction devices, and cellular devices.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows-based operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Perform system imaging, deployment, upgrades, patching, and lifecycle support.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Intune and endpoint management systems.
  • Support LAN/WAN and wireless network connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Maintain compliance with cybersecurity and IA requirements.
  • Process and track service requests and work orders through Army Enterprise Service Management Platform (AESMP).
  • Provide classroom automation and training system support.
  • Document technical procedures and system configurations.
  • Support implementation of system upgrades and configuration changes.
  • Coordinate with web, AV, and LMS personnel as required.
