The Oregon Youth Authority (OYA) is seeking a Senior Principal IT Support Specialist to help ensure the reliability, performance, and security of the systems that support our operations. In this role, you will provide comprehensive technical support for client/server hardware, software, and network infrastructure at OYA facilities and offices across the state. As a key member of the Technical Services team, you will collaborate with IT and program staff to maintain critical systems, troubleshoot and resolve high-priority issues, and support day-to-day operations. Your work will include diagnosing hardware and software issues, deploying system updates, and providing user support and training. Your expertise will play an important role in enabling staff to effectively serve the youth in our care. We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused professional with strong experience in technical support, system maintenance, and tools such as MECM, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
