A Program Analyst in Records & Information Management provides technical, analytical, and operational support for enterprise-wide information governance systems and records lifecycle processes. The role requires expertise in electronic content management platforms, digital workflow automation, retention scheduling, and compliance frameworks. Duties include analyzing business processes, identifying lifecycle gaps, defining controlled document workflows, supporting digitization of legacy formats (microfilm, microfiche, aperture cards), and contributing to system upgrades and SharePoint based repository enhancements. GENERAL SUMMARY Under moderate supervision assists in research and fact-finding to perform analysis that supports core organizational and program functions. Acts as a technical program experienced team member in one or more highly specialized areas of information systems analysis, software quality assurance, or cyber security. Provides technical leadership on small to medium information technology projects. May act as an experienced resource in business, functional, or regulatory area. Devises or modifies processes and procedures to solve moderate problems considering resources, budgets, and schedule constraints. Apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve systems issues in order to maximize the benefit of IT programs and processes. Information Services programs and processes supported include the Problem Identification and Resolution (PI&R), Financial Planning, Work Management, Cyber Security, and Software Quality Assurance (SQA).
