About The Position

Information Review and Release Analyst Key Role: Manage the government client's mandatory and discretionary information Review and Release Group (IRRG) programs, ensuring compliance with federal regulations while supporting transparency and security objectives. Support a dynamic, fast-paced Intelligence Community (IC) office by expertly reviewing, researching, and processing sensitive documents in accordance with federal regulations and intelligence directives. Administer both mandatory and discretionary Information Review Programs in accordance with federal laws, regulations, and client-specific policies. Conduct thorough document review, apply precise redactions using electronic and manual methods, process, and coordinate responses from Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), Privacy Act (PA), and Prepublication Reviews to ensure sensitive information is properly protected. Perform thorough quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) reviews to ensure consistency and accuracy, and to prepare and maintain all case or project administrative files and other documentation, to include all correspondence and tasks. Take on additional responsibilities as operational needs evolve

Requirements

  • Experience with delivering precise, high-quality work within strict deadlines
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word and Excel
  • Experience with classified information review processes and information handling procedures
  • Knowledge of classification and declassification methodologies, intelligence community structures, and information sharing protocols
  • Knowledge of information governance frameworks, including PA, Executive Order Mandatory Declassification Review (EOMDR), and Executive Order (EO) 13526, and federal information governance regulations
  • Ability to perform thorough QA and QC reviews to ensure consistency and accuracy, and prepare and maintain all cases of project administrative files and documentation, including correspondence and tasks
  • Ability to properly identify equities, treat with the appropriate redaction codes, and make recommendations for additional referrals when necessary
  • Ability to effectively manage complex cases requiring coordination with multiple stakeholders
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience as an Information Review and Release Analyst, including FOIA and Pre-Publication Review, or 5+ years of experience as an Information Review and Release Analyst, including FOIA and Pre-Publication Review in lieu of a degree
