About The Position
Victory Solutions is a wholly owned subsidiary of Dynamo Technologies. Victory Solutions is a Small Disadvantaged Business providing quality technical and engineering services to NASA, the DoD, Industry and academia. Mid-career Information and Data Management professional with demonstrated skills needed in functionalities involving management of configuration and project data, managing access controls, supporting configuration management processes as well as data deliverables, utilizing existing information systems/tools at NASA/Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC). The role supports the Cryo-Fluid Management (CFM) Portfolio Project (CFMPP) Office and includes managing data and utilizing established processes to ensure the project baseline and data is maintained. Key components of this position are providing Secretariat function to the CFMPP Control Boards as well as expertise with handling and managing data within the CFMPP SharePoint sites. Successful implementation of this job requires initiative and expertise to maintain appropriate data availability while meeting NASA/MSFC security requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 11 years of applicable experience is required.
- T he following may be substituted for the Bachelor's Degree requirement: High School Diploma and 14 yrs experience.
- Significant expertise in using SharePoint and experience as a site administrator is required.
- Understanding of CDM functions such as change management, utilizing tools for change and action tracking, and development of agendas and minutes is required.
- Experience with handling sensitive data is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (or similar databases) is highly desired.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently but as a member of a team to accomplish program objectives is desired
- Strong organization skills, attention to detail and excellent follow-through skills are required.
- Ability to obtain clearance/access onsite at NASA MSFC required (requires a STAR ID for badging).
- US Citizenship required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in process-based tasks in a dynamic environment is desired.
- Previous experience supporting NASA/MSFC is desired.
- Professional CDM certification such as National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) CDM certification or equivalent is desired.
Responsibilities
- Interface with personnel in the CFM Project Office to support data processing via the suite of tools/systems provided.
- Provide the Secretariat function to the Project Control Board and other boards/technical meetings including maintenance of charters, agendas, minutes, and action logs.
- Utilize SharePoint for managing access to and storing Program data.
- Implement data management in the electronic environment which may include establishing file/folder structures, capture meta data and creating input forms within SharePoint.
- Establish and populate access groups, verifying security permissions.
- Support the CFM team in Configuration Management and Data Management (CDM) related process implementations relative to data control/change management.
- Create/maintain process/work instructions to support various CFM CM/DM processes.
- Manage access to data and work areas in electronic tools and libraries.
- Support CFM control board and technical meetings including action tracking, review of presentation charts and uploading required meeting data.
- Support the development and revision of CFM Project and Activity Plans.
