About The Position

Camping World is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Influencer and Partnership Manager to lead our partner and influencer marketing programs. This individual will be the face of Camping World to our external partners, responsible for building and nurturing relationships with influencers, creators, and other brand partners. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a skilled negotiator, and an exceptional communicator who is deeply organized and detail-oriented. You will be a self-starter, capable of managing programs autonomously and driving results.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in building and managing influencer marketing or partnership programs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor, with a proven ability to negotiate, build rapport, and represent the brand positively.
  • Experience with leading influencer marketing platforms (e.g., Grin, AspireIQ, CreatorIQ) for discovery, campaign management, and reporting.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, RV Dealership, Legal, Retail and Inventory, to ensure cohesive campaign execution and brand alignment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel (estimated 15-25%) for key industry events and in-person partner meetings.
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently without significant oversight.
  • A deep understanding of the social media landscape and influencer marketing industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute influencer and partnership marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
  • Develop and manage the annual influencer program budget, including allocation for partner compensation, product seeding, and campaign expenses.
  • Define and track KPIs, analyzing the ROI of all influencer activities to optimize future campaigns and report on business impact.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard a diverse portfolio of partners, including content creators, brand ambassadors, and strategic brand collaborations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all partners, building and maintaining strong relationships through clear and professional communication.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, including deliverables, compensation, and usage rights.
  • Oversee the creative process from ideation and briefing to content approval, ensuring all content is high-quality and aligns with Camping World's brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Manage internal communication to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on partnership activities.
  • Ensure all influencer partnerships and published content are fully compliant with FTC guidelines and other legal requirements.
