About The Position

Generous Brands is looking for an experienced, forward-thinking marketer to redefine how we show up across social and cultural moments. You’ll drive overall brand awareness and consumer engagement by supporting our influencer strategy across platforms, guiding high-impact brand partnerships– shaping how consumers experience and connect with Generous Brands.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of developing, executing, and scaling high-impact influencer campaigns across social platforms, including managing macro talent and fostering long-term creator relationships.
  • Deep understanding of the creator economy, social media platforms, and content strategy, with the ability to measure performance and optimize results.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and negotiation skills to build relationships with creators, agencies, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, multitask effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency with influencer sourcing and analytics tools.
  • Exceptional aesthetic judgment with a strong attention to detail.
  • Appreciation for culture, trends, and emerging platforms, with a pulse on what drives meaningful engagement for target consumers.
  • 5-7 years of influencer marketing experience in food, beverage, beauty, health & wellness, or lifestyle brands.
  • Understanding of influencer performance metrics.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to balance creativity with analytical rigor.
  • Experience managing budgets and multiple concurrent campaigns or projects.

Responsibilities

  • Support paid and earned influencer marketing strategies for all product launches and ongoing, evergreen brand initiatives.
  • Oversee our internal, long-term influencer program by cultivating strong relationships through regular communications including providing “first looks,” giftings and event invitations.
  • Maintain RD program communication including disseminating monthly and quarterly communication updates, product fills, gifting moments and event management.
  • Support our external influencer agency who executes day-to-day management for all remaining partner tiers, ensuring their work aligns with our strategic vision and delivers authentic storytelling.
  • Spearhead our organic seeding strategy to spark earned conversations, including managing seeding agencies, fulfillment, and creative implementation.
  • Own gifting program from creative concepting through fulfillment, including partnering across brand teams, creative teams, production partners and seeding agencies.
  • Oversee key influencer events, experiences, and activations, including planning and execution.
  • Define, track and optimize KPIs across influencer programs – continuously analyzing performance and identifying opportunities to scale and optimize.
  • Manage the influencer budget to maximize the impact of each activation.
  • Partner closely with paid media and organic social partners to develop engagement-driving content.
  • PR event support as needed.
