About The Position

Cornbread Hemp is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Affiliate and Influencer Marketing Manager to join our lean (but growing) Growth Marketing team. This role is pivotal in expanding our brand reach through strategic affiliate marketing programs and influencer partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of the affiliate marketing and influencer marketing landscapes, is extremely data driven, possesses excellent time-management skills and attention to detail, and a creative approach to developing campaigns that drive engagement and revenue. This position will report directly to the Sr. Director of Growth Marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience working at a Brand, a Publisher, or a Digital Marketing Agency
  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or digital marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, such as affiliate networks, CRM systems, and analytics software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
  • 1- 3 years experience with affiliate marketing and influencer networks (e.g., Impact Radius, Shopify Collabs, CJ, etc.).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer marketing tools (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, influencer marketing platforms).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making (Familiarity with Shopify and GA4 strongly preferred)
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Appropriate wifi bandwidth

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the Sr. Director of Growth to develop and manage the affiliate marketing program, including recruiting new affiliates, maintaining relationships with existing affiliates, and optimizing affiliate performance.
  • Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance metrics, and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the Creative and Brand teams to create compelling promotional materials and offers for affiliates.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
  • Manage contracts and commission structures with affiliates, ensuring that new customer acquisition goals are met, alongside key performance efficiency indicators (e.g., CAC, ROAS, MRR, etc.)
  • Identify and engage with relevant influencers to promote our brand and products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers, ensuring ongoing collaboration and engagement.
  • Coordinate affiliate and influencer campaigns, from initial outreach and negotiations to execution and performance analysis.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of influencer partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for influencer engagement.
  • Work closely with the Brand and Creative teams on UGC campaigns for assets to test on paid marketing channels.
