We're looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to own a $40–50M program that's core to our growth engine. You'll set strategy, negotiate with high-value publishers, manage agency execution, and work across Marketing, Product, and Compliance to drive CAC-efficient acquisition at scale. This is a high-impact role with budget authority, cross-functional influence, and direct line of sight to company growth metrics. The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $105,000 and up to $145,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience. In this role, you can expect to: Own $40–50M affiliate budget: set quarterly strategy, manage pacing, reallocate spend across channels based on performance Negotiate and structure partnerships with deal, loyalty, marketplace, comparison, and content publishers Manage agency relationship and oversee affiliate program execution on Impact platform Partner with MarTech on platform roadmap, data integrations, and attribution improvements Work with Compliance to streamline publisher content review and reduce turnaround times Run cohort-based performance analysis and collaborate with CRO/Web teams on landing page optimization Support SEO/AEO strategy through affiliate content partnerships A little about us At Chime, we believe that everyone can achieve financial progress.
