About The Position

This role leads the influencer marketing function, combining strategic insight, creative storytelling, and hands-on execution to drive brand engagement and cultural relevance. The Influencer Marketing Manager will develop and implement programs that translate social and cultural trends into high-impact campaigns, working closely with creators, agencies, and internal teams. You will manage influencer relationships, optimize performance, and ensure campaigns deliver measurable business outcomes while maintaining authentic, culturally relevant content. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking and operational excellence, with direct impact on brand visibility, engagement, and growth. You will guide creative briefs, oversee content quality, and ensure consistent alignment with brand voice across platforms. This position operates in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and supports both paid and organic social initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital media, brand planning, or creative strategy, ideally in high-growth CPG, beauty, lifestyle, or DTC brands.
  • Proven success executing creative strategies that deliver measurable results across paid and organic social channels.
  • Experience managing remote teams and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Seller Center, and motion/content creation platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Assertive communication style, comfortable leading influencer negotiations and agency partnerships.
  • Passion for building brand awareness and creating culturally resonant campaigns that drive engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the overall influencer marketing strategy, establishing best practices across partner identification, campaign execution, and reporting.
  • Identify cultural insights from social platforms and translate them into creative briefs for influencers, creators, and external agencies.
  • Manage relationships with key influencers, ensuring consistent engagement and high-quality content aligned with brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to integrate influencer initiatives across campaigns, product launches, and brand events.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize content and strategy to drive engagement, reach, and conversion.
  • Develop creative testing frameworks, A/B testing campaigns, and performance reports to inform future influencer efforts.
  • Stay attuned to social and cultural trends to maintain fresh, relevant, and impactful brand storytelling.
