About The Position

Savage X Fenty is currently looking for an Influencer Marketing Coordinator. How Do You Fit In? The Influencer Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Savage X Fenty brand partnerships program to ensure that all influencer partnerships are executed smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills (both written and verbal), be hyper-organized and can effectively manage multiple projects at a time. The ideal candidate is passionate about Savage X Fenty, fashion, and influencer marketing / social media trends. This person will be solutions-oriented and flexible, with an ability to quickly pivot based on brand needs This position will report to the Director of Influencer Marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in social media, marketing, communications, or public relations preferred or relevant experience.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in influencer marketing, PR, social media, or marketing.
  • Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices, KPIs, and emerging trends (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
  • Ability to troubleshoot and be flexible in a fast-moving, multi-tasking environment with numerous deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to foster collaborative and productive working relationships within all levels of the company.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
  • Proven ability to connect with individuals and foster long-lasting relationships.
  • Ideal candidate brings foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the day-to-day management of our influencer gifting program to support company goals, brand storytelling and acquisition
  • Manage relationships with micro-influencers, managing all communications to fulfil program deliverables.
  • Monitor product inventory, and place and track gifting orders for influencers to achieve monthly goals, being mindful of program deadlines.
  • Identify and evaluate potential partners based on a number of factors, including engagement, audience demo, and brand fit.
  • Support the influencer generated content organization and distribution process to ensure all content is being fully utilized.
  • Negotiate and contract creators for one-off paid requests as needed.
  • Track and analyze all influencer program deliverables, data and KPIs.
  • Create content calendars and directional collateral for influencers to help them fulfill contractual obligations.
  • Maintain and update influencer management platforms with monthly campaigns.
  • Share creative content ideas and inspiration with internal team and partners.
  • Know what’s going on in the industry and what our competitors are doing; collect key learnings that can be used to strengthen our partnership programs.
  • Support on brand ambassador deliverables as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with cross functional teams.
