About The Position
Neko Health is a Swedish healthcare technology company co-founded in 2018 by Hjalmar Nilsonne and Daniel Ek. Neko's vision is to shift healthcare from reactive treatment toward preventative health and early detection. This requires completely reimagining the patient's experience and incorporating the latest advances in sensors and AI. Neko Health has developed a new medical scanning technology concept to make it possible to do broad and non-invasive health data collection that is convenient and affordable for the public. The company is based in Stockholm, offering the Neko Body Scan experience at locations in Stockholm, London and Manchester, with over 500 employees. Neko Health is building a new category of preventive, data enabled healthcare. As we prepare to enter the US market, we are seeking a US Influencer and Relationship Engagement Lead to architect and manage high-impact relationships that build credibility, trust and strong demand for a new model of healthcare, This role will also help to scale Neko Healthâs influencer, creator, and key opinion leader ecosystem in the U.S., with a focus on New York City. This role is responsible for developing strategic partnerships with key opinion leaders, public figures, culture and trend influencers, founders and executives. This role sits at the intersection of brand, community, and partnershipsâresponsible for cultivating long-term, high-impact relationships that elevate awareness, credibility, and demand for Neko Health.
Requirements
- 6â10+ years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or PR
- Strong existing network, especially in NYC
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable negotiating contracts and managing budgets
- Passionate about health and preventive care
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a U.S. influencer and engagement strategy aligned with brand and growth goals
- Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with high-impact individuals incl. influencers, creators, culture and consumer tastemakers
- Personally cultivate trusted relationships with key figures through personalised and curated experiences
- Build long-term partnerships rather than one-off campaigns
- Lead influencer activations around launches, events, and clinic openings
- Translate relationships into earned mediam social proof, partnerships and long-term ambassadors
- Collaborate with Brand, PR, Social, and Growth teams. Align influencer strategy with corporate reputation priorities
- Negotiate contracts, deliverables, timelines, and usage rights
- Track performance across awareness, engagement, and conversion metrics
- Stay connected to culture, health, and tech trends
- Act as a brand ambassador for Neko Health
