Present customized industry solutions to clients and prospects, while independently identifying high potential opportunities within the respective industry. Leverage strong analytical skills, data driven insights, and industry expertise to recommend tailored strategies that drive increased client value and contribute to revenue growth. Primarily aligned with and provides support to a limited number of Industry Specialists and respective industries. With increasing frequency, engages with teammates independently to represent the industries for the purpose of prospecting, training and education. Begins to independently formulate and develop industry specific thought leadership 2. Responsible for being visible in the regions through in person visits, virtual meetings or conference calls; responsible for independently educating the regions and representing the industries on behalf of the Industry Specialists 3. Works with Industry Specialists to deepen relationships with Regions by attending planning sessions and setting up and running targeted planning calls with RMs and Team Leads 4. Effectively works with internal and external constituencies with minimal oversight from Industry Specialists toward a targeted goal of influencing and enhancing all constituents’ industry knowledge 5. Responsible for independently managing all aspects of transaction execution including pitch creation, deal team formation, working call leadership and complex transaction issue resolution 6. Takes leadership role in organizing and leading calls with deal team members from across the enterprise, as well as calls with external constituencies, independently representing Industry Specialty on calls and in meetings (including but not limited to risk, underwriting, legal, client, outside counsel, other outside firms) related to transaction execution 7. Drives growth of industries through creation of industry specific content, including pitch materials, newsletters, industry presentations, internal educational documents, ad hoc publications, and independent thought leadership pieces all providing relevant insights for clients and prospects and developing industry-specific portfolio insights; assists with prospecting efforts in partnership with regions by collaborating to create prospect lists 8. Continues to develop mastery of industries and display advanced comfort level in client and partner interactions and with increasingly complex opportunities 9. Supports Industry Specialists in the development of industry-specific strategic growth initiatives; displays an increasing level of independent idea generation and revenue production; in coordination with Industry Specialists, creates white papers or business plans for key stakeholders, including risk, for the purpose of gaining buy-in and growing the business 10. Leverages industry trend analysis to develop actionable strategies in partnership with Industry Specialists to drive revenue growth, ensuring alignment with organizational goals 11. Works with Industry Specialists to identify and manage relevant databases, subscriptions, conferences and other investment needs related to the industry; provides thought leadership related to investments and internal databases including, but not limited to, pricing data, peer comps, transactions comps, market/transaction data 12. Maintains organized information around industry portfolios; leverages portfolio knowledge to create dynamic action plans for industry clients; has a deep understanding of existing industry portfolios and related growth strategy QUALIFICATIONS: Required Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
