About The Position

At Poclain Hydraulics, we don’t just design products—we industrialize them. As an Industrialization Engineer II, you’ll take hydraulic motors, pumps, and valves from concept to full production, making sure they’re not just innovative… but actually manufacturable, scalable, and cost-effective. If you like solving real-world engineering problems (not just drawing them), this is your lane.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 5–8 years of experience in industrial/project engineering
  • Experience with product development and manufacturing processes
  • Familiarity with PFMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, and related tools
  • Working knowledge of CAD (Creo preferred), ERP, and PLM systems
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to think critically, solve problems, and drive results
  • Fluent English (additional languages a plus)
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (now or in the future)
  • No relocation assistance provided

Responsibilities

  • Lead product and process development from concept through production launchDrive industrialization of new hydraulic products (motors, pumps, valves)
  • Partner cross-functionally with Design, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain
  • Conduct PFMEA activities aligned with DFMEA outputs
  • Support prototype builds, validation, and risk mitigation
  • Manage project timelines, CAPEX, and milestone deliverables
  • Standardize components, processes, and best practices across projects
  • Ensure compliance with Group standards, regulations, and quality systems
  • Support audits (PES, system/process) and continuous improvement initiatives
