About The Position

We are seeking an Industrial Wastewater Technician for assignment in Winter Park, Colorado. The selected candidate will perform a variety of tasks in the operations, maintenance, repair and calibration of equipment at our clients industrial wastewater treatment facility. Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm This position has a pay rate of $28 - $35/hr This position requires 2+ years experience with valves, pumps, motors and mechanical equipment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• A valid Drivers License
• 2+ years experience with valves, pumps, motors and mechanical equipment
• Experience with water / wastewater industrial production techniques and equipment

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor a single industrial wastewater treatment plant
• Work with ultra membrane filtration, centrifuge operation, sludge decanting/processing, pH/turbidity meters, motorized valves, generators and more
• Collect regular compliance samples
• Perform bench laboratory tests
• Oversee contractors on site
• Perform other duties as required
