About The Position
With only 32 students from PreK to 12th grade, our small class sizes offer a personalized, hands-on teaching experience, and our well-behaved students make teaching a pleasure. Our high school currently has three students, our junior high has five, and our elementary has 24 from grades PreK - 6. Currently, all teachers have two hours of prep every day. We are looking for someone who is interested in teaching a variety of courses in FCS, Shop, Ag, Business, and other elective courses. In addition, the local area offers great hunting opportunities, and Fort Peck, with its beautiful scenery and outdoor activities, is just an hour away. New teachers may also qualify for the Quality Educator Loan Assistance program, which offers up to $12,000 in student loan repayment over three years. Affordable school housing may also be available, making this a great opportunity for teachers seeking both professional growth and an affordable housing opportunity.
