From proactive maintenance to fast, informed troubleshooting, you’ll safeguard safety, quality, and throughput every shift.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent with technical training.
4+ years’ experience as a maintenance mechanic/technician in manufacturing.
Forklift operating experience.
Proficient English communication (written and verbal) and computer skills for documentation.
Your own mechanic’s toolset.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and flexibility to work overtime, including weekends.

Responsibilities

Plan and perform mold changeovers to standard.
Isolate faults across electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems using prints, manuals, and OEM guidance.
Remove/replace worn or defective components using hoists and hand/power tools; inspect part geometry and finish.
Confirm dimensional requirements with rules, calipers, and micrometers; make precise adjustments.
Execute PMs and detailed cleanings to extend asset life.
Operate with zero compromises to OSHA, Federal, Local, and site safety policies.
Apply utility knowledge across chillers, compressors, and related systems.
Escalate mold/machine deficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
Record work performed, anomalies, and next steps to ensure continuity across teams.
Complete assigned training to expand your capabilities.
Support additional plant maintenance activities as needed.
