About The Position
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Painter to join our team. This role is responsible for applying high-quality coatings to industrial parts and components using spray equipment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with paint guns, liquid painting processes, and a strong attention to detail to ensure a high-quality finish.
Requirements
- Prior experience using a paint gun / spray equipment required
- Experience with liquid painting in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Familiarity with ceramic coatings preferred
- Ability to read and follow work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment

- Familiarity with ceramic coatings preferred
Responsibilities
- Apply coatings using spray guns and other painting equipment
- Perform liquid painting on metal or industrial components
- Apply ceramic coatings according to specifications
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, masking, and prepping parts prior to painting
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and consistency
- Assist with assembly of painted components as needed
- Maintain painting equipment and work area in clean, working condition
- Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE
