About The Position
Apogee Architectural Metals Start Your Career in Manufacturing We are looking for dependable individuals who want to learn and grow in a hands-on manufacturing role. As a Production Painter I, you will be trained to prepare and paint parts using industrial equipment while following safety and quality standards. No advanced experience needed, just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Pay: $21.00/hour + $2.00 shift premium Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring tools
- Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes
- Basic computer skills for simple data entry
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to help where needed
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding and masking
- Apply paint using spray guns, brushes, and other tools
- Follow work instructions and basic blueprints
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Support other team members and cross-train in different areas
