About The Position
We are seeking skilled Industrial Painters to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for preparing and applying coatings to a variety of metal components, including small truck parts and large platform assemblies. Ideal candidates have experience with industrial painting equipment and strong attention to detail.
Requirements
- Previous experience in industrial or automotive painting preferred
- Experience with surface prep tools (grinders, sanders, etc.)
- Familiarity with cup guns, spray systems, and pressure pots
- Ability to work with both small parts and large assemblies
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment (standing, lifting, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Perform surface preparation including sanding, grinding, and cleaning of metal components
- Apply paint and coatings using cup guns and pressure pot systems
- Ensure proper coverage, finish quality, and adherence to specifications
- Inspect finished products for defects and touch up as needed
- Maintain painting equipment and keep work area clean and organized
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
