About The Position

We transform raw materials into world‑class blowers and compressors for industrial, commercial, and government customers. Our engineers design to exacting standards, and our manufacturing team brings those designs to life with precision and pride—powering critical applications across the globe. You’ll be the go‑to problem solver who keeps our plant running safely and smoothly. One moment you’re diagnosing a Fanuc drive to the component level, the next you’re restoring a 480VAC three‑phase system, updating work orders with clear histories, and partnering with production to minimize downtime. You’ll also maintain life‑safety systems (alarms and fire protection), jump on emergency repairs, and proactively prevent repeat failures through solid root‑cause analysis.
